Terms and conditions
 Bookings can only be cancelled in writing by post or email.
 Cancellations within 10 working days of the course start date will be charged the full course fee. Cancellations within 11 – 20 working days of the course start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations within 21 – 30 working days of the course start date will be charged 25% of the course fee. Cancellations more than 30 working days in advance of the course will incur no charge.
 Classes are subject to a minimum number of delegates. Sheffield Language School reserves the right to alter the advertised schedule of courses, which may include the cancellation of a course. Where Sheffield Language School cancels a course, individuals with confirmed bookings on that course will be offered alternative dates. If none can be provided then a full refund will be given.
 Sheffield Language School reserves the right to refuse any bookings.
 Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information we collect are your contact details supplied at the time of ordering or requesting information. We collect the information and at no time are any of your details passed onto a third party. We may at times use this information to inform you of special offers and promotions.  Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, offer acceptance, invoice or other document or information issued by Sheffield Language School will be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Sheffield Language School.
 We accept no liability for injury or accident however caused whilst you are in attendance at Tapton Hall.
